By accessing this website or joining the Harb Ski Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join.
The Harb Ski Academy is an online community and training resource for skiers. Membership includes access to training content, the 12-Week Ski Fit Challenge, live sessions with Harald and coaches, video feedback, and community features.
New members may begin a 7-day free trial. You must provide valid payment details to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid membership begins automatically at the end of the trial period.
After the free trial, membership is US$47 per month or US$470 per year, depending on the plan you select at signup. The annual option saves US$94 compared with twelve monthly payments. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Academy membership does not include, reserve, or guarantee a place at any Harb Ski camp. Camps are booked and paid for separately. The Academy helps you prepare for camp and continue improving between camps; it does not replace on-snow coaching or professional equipment alignment.
Training content and feedback are provided for educational purposes. Your progress depends on your effort, fitness, equipment, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of specific skiing outcomes or fitness results.
The Ski Fit Challenge and other training involve physical activity. You participate at your own risk and should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have a health condition.
You agree not to misuse the community. This includes, but is not limited to:
We may suspend or remove access for violations, with or without notice.
Academy content is owned by or licensed to Harb Ski Academy. You may use it for your own learning. You may not redistribute, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit the content without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harb Ski Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the Academy or its training content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Academy after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
